Senior Accounts Clerk

A vacancy for a full time Senior Accounts Clerk has arisen at Consolidated Biscuit Co. Ltd, manufacturer of Devon Biscuits and Sunshine Snacks brands.

The main duties for this position include:

• Postings in nominal ledger up to trial balance.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Debtors and creditors reconciliations.
• Processing of invoices and payments to suppliers.
• Assist in product costings.
• Stock takes and stock reconciliations.
• Assist in the filing of VAT returns.

Skills and requirements:

• Minimum of A’ level Accounts.
• Preferably with some experience in this role.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work with minimum of supervision.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Windows applications.
