Quick & Easy Dessert with Devon Cereal Biscuits with Cranberries
Ingredients

For the cream mix:

Half cup cream cheese

1 cup Greek Yoghurt

¼ cup Fine Sugar

Vanilla Essence

1 Lemon peel (grated)

Juice of ½ Lemon

 

½ packet  Cereal Biscuits with Cranberries (crushed)

2 cups Raspberries (mashed)

 

Method

Whisk the Cream Mix, press the crushed biscuits into a mug/jar, followed by the cream mix and then finish off with raspberries.  Decorate with a broken biscuit on top.  Enjoy!

Quick & Easy Dessert with Devon Honey & Almond Cookies
Ingredients

3 cups Milk

Pinch of Salt

¼ cup Flour

¾ cup Sugar

3 Eggs (beaten)

2 Bananas (sliced)

Vanilla Essence

Packet of Devon Honey & Almond Cookies

 

Method

Heat the milk, salt, flour and sugar.  Add some of the hot milk to the beaten eggs, then slowly pour it back in the hot milk together with the vanilla essence, stirring regularly.   Cover the base of the dish with a layer of Honey and Almond cookies, followed by a layer of the sliced bananas and the hot mix. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Bruschetta with Devon Cream Crackers
Ingredients:

1 Mozzarella (grated)

1 small Onion (chopped)

1 Tomato (diced)

Handful of fresh Basil (roughly chopped)

 

Method

Mix the fresh basil, chopped onion and diced tomato.  Line Devon Cream Crackers on the oven tray, put a spoonful of the mix followed by the grated mozzarella, finish off the layer with a cracker on top.  Bake in oven for 10 minutes.  Serve immediately.

Sunshine Snacks

Chicken and Sunshine Snacks Crix Peanut Patties
Ingredients

Ingredients

2 cups diced Chicken Breast

A handful of diced Coloured Peppers

One small Onion

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Chili powder

1 cup Greek Yoghurt

1 Egg white

2 packets Sunshine Snacks Crix Peanut – crushed

 

Method

Mix all the ingredients, add the crushed Crix Peanut snack, mix and form small patties. Shallow fry the patties until golden. Garnish with sliced spring onions.
